Hi, I’m Nathalie
a passionate, organised, creative & hands-on wedding planner and dedicated to creating beautiful, stress-free, and unforgettable celebrations – together with you!
My own love story brought me to Cape Town in 2022. I moved here from Germany because I found the love of my life and in the process, I also fell in love with this city – its breathtaking landscapes, its vibrant energy and endless possibilities for creating unforgettable moments & memories. There’s something truly special about this place, and I can’t wait for you to experience its magic on one of the most meaningful days of your life.
Seeing the beauty of Cape Town made me realize how incredible it would be for couples to celebrate their most important day here. That’s why I founded CapeTastic – to assist couples from Germany, overseas, and locally plan their dream wedding in this extraordinary destination.
My love for weddings comes from my personal experience and the pure joy of seeing two people celebrate their love in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to them. I know firsthand how overwhelming wedding planning can feel – especially when trying to navigate pricing, logistics, and finding the right vendors. First Contact & Consultation
12 – 14 months
You reach out – I’ll send an online survey to understand your vision. I will also send an initial information package including services & prices – for you to explore your options & to provide full transparency
Free initial meeting – We set up a first meeting to get to know each other, discuss first ideas, budget, and initial inspirations.

Decision & next steps
12 months
If you decide to move forward, we’ll finalise the contract and start planning. Now it’s getting really exciting!

Planning & Booking
6 – 12 months
Venue first! We secure your date & location.
All other vendors are secured based on your preferences along the way. For this process, we will stay in close contact. You will approve every detail before I book and secure every part of your big day.

Final Details & Coordination
2 months
A few months before – We finalize timelines, seating plans & ceremony details. We go through everything together to make sure everything is set up according to your vision & dreams.

Wedding Day!
Logistics handled – transport, setup, vendor coordination. I will make sure everything is perfect before, during and after you say “I do!”
